We get this question a lot and the answer is: probably not. We settle the majority of our claims pre-litigation. This is done negotiating with insurance adjustors on the phone to come to a resolution before having to file a lawsuit. We pride ourselves on the amount of work we put in on the front end.
If for some reason we have to file a suit on your behalf, you can rest assured knowing that we are pushing that case forward through the litigation process. Our clients are minimally involved until having to show up in court. Just remember, this happens to a very low portion of our clients.
