Our practice consists of two partners, Michael Frederick and David Ganderton. In their over 28 years of legal experience, Michael and David have handled thousands of cases and conducted over 100 jury trials in the criminal and civil arenas.

The Partners

Michael Frederick earned his Bachelors of Arts with a double major in English and Philosophy, Cum Laude, from Regis College (now Regis University) and his Juris Doctor from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., completing specialized certificate programs in both Public Policy and International Law. Mr. Frederick was admitted to the Bar in the State of Maryland in 1996 and to the Bar in the State of Colorado in 1997. Mr. Frederick initially practiced in both civil and criminal litigation with a concentration in criminal appeals.

The Partners

David Ganderton earned his Bachelor of Science with a major in Psychology and a minor in Criminology, Cum Laude, from the Florida State University and his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Ganderton interned with the State Attorney’s Office of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida, handling both misdemeanor traffic and juvenile cases.
